Q. i'm about 5'7'' and i weight about 150 but when i play a soccer game i fell really heavy and without any energy, so i wanted to know if someone can help me with this. Should i eat some thing before the game or drink something?

A. hydrate yourself before the game with water, an hour before the game be sure to eat an energy bar ( small, preferably) like a Special K bar - keep hydrated with water during the game

A. there are sites where you can make your own shirts - you could get one in pink made that has a #1 on the back (like a soccer number) and the name can say her first name on the back and on the front it could say something like "#1 soccer niece".
