I know it may sound silly :-) My 5 yr old niece has her first soccer game of the season this weekend. I am very close to her but I live across the country and can't be there. What's a cute little gift I can send to her (soccer related) to let her know I miss her and am thinking about her?

there are sites where you can make your own shirts - you could get one in pink made that has a #1 on the back (like a soccer number) and the name can say her first name on the back and on the front it could say something like "#1 soccer niece".

Yesterday it was played a soccer game between the Glasgow Celtic and the Sporting of Lisbon. Even tough I'm not a Red Sox fan I'm pretty mad with this. I just can't find any powerful reason to allow hosting any games of inferior sports coming from developing countries (like soccer) in such sacred american venues like Fenway Park. What's next? Mexican soccer exhibitions at Yankee Stadium? Bullfighting at Dodger Stadium? Cockfight at Cowbow stadium?
